- Service and system strategies that empower youth
- Youth leadership and collaboration in research and evaluation
- Building systems, services and supports that reflect the wraparound philosophy
- Lessons learned in education, special education, child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, and integrated/wraparound

Submission Information
Selection of proposals:
Proposals will be evaluated by RTC staff, and family members and youth, using criteria relevant to conference themes, accessibility to a mixed audience, clarity of the proposal itself, and quality of research methods and findings. More specifically, proposals will be evaluated on:
- Their relevance to families whose children have emotional or behavioral disorders, or youth with such disorders
- The novelty and/or innovativeness of the approach
- The presence of a strong, conceptual framework/theoretical rationale and/or a clearly defined research/evaluation component
- The inclusion of families and youth in the design, implementation, or evaluation of the activities described in the proposal
Please see our Proposal Review Form to view detailed evaluation criteria.
